Ben and I have started a Friday night tradition--homemade pizza! Okay, not completely homemade; we're not tossing our own pizza dough. We use Trader Joe's Ready to Bake Pizza Dough. The simple act of molding the dough into the shape you want makes the mind forget that you didn't make the dough and instills the feeling that you are in fact an expert pizza maker.
We experiment with different toppings; so far my favorite is pepperoni with banana peppers, simple but delicious. Another delicious combo was quattro formaggio, Trader Joe's pesto, and pepperoni.
I look forward to pizza night every week. It sometimes turns into sleepover nights but it also goes well with meeting friends for drinks later.

I have been experimenting with making pizza as well, but I have been making my own dough, and you should try it, too! I'm sure it isn't as good as Trader Joe's dough, but it's easy to make.
I would love to get your recipe!
