I got the chance...created the chance...something like that, to revisit a moment, or era, from my past and I've come out better for it. I really had put the memory on a pedestal, thinking it was so amazing. Having gone through it a second time, I realize, it wasn't amazing...it was even kinda awful. So now, I'm free from that moment...era of my past, at last. ::sighs:: feels good.
On another note, I just saw about 4 episodes of Three's Company. I liked that show at one point...and I don't dislike it now, but man is it predictable. I hadn't realized. Silly me.
So in conclusion...memory can be deceitful, as can a hopeful heart, so be cautious and let your brain do some of the thinking too.
